Would like to integrate Exchange into a Netware 4.11 network. Know that I`ll need an Ntserver with Exchange. Also will need GSNW. Would like to have a smooth integration. What else do you think I would need to do?

Look at using DSMN or Novell NDS for NT! Hope you are aware that each users will need an account on NT!
Either one of the tools above will synchronize user accounts so you do not have to recreate it.
