Exchange 5.5 with SP1

Hi,
I got this following error message while I tried to upgrade Exchange 5.5 with SP1. "Outlook Web Access failed to install properly" ....
An unknown error has occurred
Unknown Facility
Error ID No: 076a-c00b63a8
It cancelled my upgrade. Does anyone else has the same problem ? How do I fix this problem. I search at Microsoft Site but I could not find anything.
Any suggestions ?!!

I had a similar problem! Mine resulted from cleaning up IIS and reinstalling it. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft and we ended up rebuilding the system.

I GOT IT BECAUSE THE UPGRADE LIKE THE SETUP SETUP ALL THE DEFAULT CONTENT IE
THE MS MAIL CONNECTOR AND THE CC MAIL CONNECTOR. I ADDED THEM TO MY EXCHANGE 5.0 THEN DID THE UPGRADE AND THEM REMOVED THEM WITH ADD/REMOVE OFF THE EXCHANGE 5.5 . WIERD BUT IT WORKED
