I am a network administrator using the Administrator logon to setup NT w/s pc`s, when new users logon to their systems they can`t change or update any of their drivers for example sound and mouse drivers, they get a message saying that they don`t have administrator privelages, which right do I enable.
I`ve tried setting the USER MANAGER > POLICIES > USER RIGHTS > LOAD AND UNLOAD DEVICE DRIVERS to everyone, and that didn`t work. It seems to work only when I give them domain admin rights. Any help would be appreciated.

Also any tips on how to create logon scripts for NT server 4.0?

You need to set the local PC account, not the domain account. You will need to do this on each PC.

There is a good utility out there called KixStart that is great for creating NT login scripts. You can search for it from any good search engine.
