Virtual memory error

My NT system is running with 64 mb ram but still getting virtual memory error msg. I adjusted the paging
size but still having the same problem. Because of this, I cannot open more than 2 apps at a time. Any
fixes or suggestion?

Has the server BSOD`d before? If so, you need to delete the memory.dmp file that is created by the memory dump.
