More Outlook than Exchange, but here goes:
We have dial up users who are getting frustrated with having to download large messages and/or messages with large attachments in Outlook 2000. I am referring to messages with embedded graphics like backgrounds and screen shots, as well as messages with huge attachments.
Besides the usual ideas like using WinZip to compress attachments, best practice of not using graphics and backgrounds whenever possible, what else can be done to minimize the size of Outlook messages so that dial up users (56K) are not crushed by retrieving their messages?
Thanks for any ideas!
