IIS 4.0 problem with ftp and ntfs

Hi folks!!!

I´m having a prolem to create virtual directories with iis 4.0 that have NTFS
permitions different from everyone full control (I have to create the virtual
directories that only some users can access) for that I created a new FTP site
to put access restrited virtual directories.

all registered users have the "logon locally" right
