I have recently installed an SBS based net. Outgoing mail is sent
via Exchange and works a treat. The incoming mail is delivered
to one of the workstations via and then is distributed to other
stations on the network using the inbox assistant.
This works fine for single recipients, but if a mail is sent
directly or cc`d to more than one user on the network,
the message is sent to the person who appears first in
the rules list. So if three people should receive the message,
one person receives the forwarded message 3 times!
Is this a known issue? Is there work around?
