Exchange Server 5.5 SP1 - Almost every time the server is re-started, subsequent
incoming emails get bounced back with Error 550 - Unable to relay to <username>
Deleting and reinstalling the IMS always fixes this although last time just stopping and
restarting the Microsoft SMTP Service did the trick. Has anyone any ideas what might
be causing this?
