Give me a step by step trail Jason Falcone 10-06-1998, 04:35 PM I would need to know some more information. I am currently rolling out 2605 clients on the Win/OS/2 side of OS/2 with I.E. 16 bit v3.03 access OWA on Exchange 5.5 sp1. I would need to know how, what, where, why, and when stuff. Give me a step by step trail Thomas Reda 10-22-1998, 01:33 AM If you need detailed info, refer to the Exchange Server Books on Line. To summarize the steps : 1. You need to setup IIS on one of your servers - it is upto you if you are setting up IIS and Exchange on the same server or not. 2. Make sure SP3 is installed on the IIS Server and also ASP which is found on the IIS folder on the NT SP3 CD 3. Run Exchange Server setup on the IIS Server and choose custom install with only OWA 4. If IIS is on the same server as Exchange, it does not ask any questions but install. If IIS is on a separate server, then you need to supply the name of one of your Exchange Servers in the site. 5. Once the installation is done, just connect through your browser to OWA. For example, http://webserver/exchange And you`re DONE! If all the browsers are IE then no problem. If you happen to have some Netscape browsers then since they do not support Challenge/Response authentication, you`ll have to either enable `Clear Text` Authentication on the IIS Server (Done through the IIS Admin program) or you can also configure SSL and go through clear text with SSL. Good luck. On 10/15/98 9:16:56 AM, Joe wrote: > what documentation did you use to get info on OWA? On 10/6/98 > 4:35:53 PM, Jason Falcone wrote: > I would need to know some more > information.
