HTTP error 405 in IIS 4.0

Very urgent help needed !!!!

I have an IIS 4.0 evaluation copy running under windows NT 4.0 with servicepack 3 and optionpack.
I have a cgi (.exe) written in C++ which outputs a form and the same cgi is accepting the form data.
My cgi is working well till it ouputs form data and when I submit the form data the cgi is hanging after
that. When I tried another form it gives an error HTTP error 405. The cgi is working fine with Netscape
server and IIS 2.0. What could be wrong. If its some wrong settings in IIS please let me know immediately
otherwise I will be thankful for u forver.
