Can NT - Novell share user accounts?

I need to add an NT Server box to an existing Novell network. The company has alot of turnover, so maintenance of the user accounts can be difficult if I have to maintain accounts in two places (NT and Novell). Is there any method, third party software, any way of all to create a share between NT and Novell so that the accounts can be maintained in one location?

You can try NDS for NT, by Novell. It allows you to manage your NT accounts from NDS. The product replaces two files on the NT server.
