Is there anyway to do a scheduled unattended reboot of a server?

There is a utility on the resource kit called shutdown.exe. Use this along with the "AT" command and you are all set.

this may be way off base, but most UPS software products(e.g. APC or Exide`s utilities for their respective products) have some type of scheduled shutdown and/or reboots for NT servers.
