Async ONSAVE Problems

There's someone that can explain to me, how and if Async OnSave works? I tried many examples (MSDN, outlookexchange, ...) COM+ and event registration seems OK but when my ADMINISTRATOR's INBOX receive a mail the script isn't execute and no errors are showed in EVENT VIEWER!!!
