Has anyone encountered this wierd behaviour with NT 4.0 Server?
When running an application that automatically spawns Internet Explorer (eg. calling on-line help from within an application), the program freezes and fails to launch IE.
Only the original program freezes (I must kill the program via Task Manager). All other programs are un-effected, including IE.
Another odd bit of behaviour: If I reboot the machine and repeat the process listed above, Everything works fine. IE launches and the original program does not freeze.
However, if I shut the program down and repeat the process several minutes later, the original problem reoccurs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
