Installing Exchange 5.5 in NT or 2K

Hi,
Does anybody has experience with managing Exchange 5.5 in a Windows 2000 Server and NT domain? I know you can install it fine and runs fine during my few days of testing but is there any problem or issue with it on the way.

I plan to introduce a new Exchange 5.5 into an existing site and have the choice of installing it in win 2k server or win nt server.
The domain infrastructure is NT 4.0.

We had the same setup in that our domain was NT4.0 and our exchange server was a Windows 2000 server this works fine no problems. We have since updraded to a windows 2000 server domain still using Exchange 5.5 and the only problem we have now is that when we create the user with the Active directory users and computers it does not create the mailbox automatically otherwise no problems.
