I use FrontPage 97 to create web pages. After installing Option Pack and IIS, I cannot access pages in webs on the my hard disk without dialing into the Internet. When I try to "Preview in Browser", I receive the message that the page is not available offline. I have tried many different things to make those pages available ... no fix. Does the DNS settings or WINS settings have anything to do with this?
