Here is the story. My exchange server is showing that I have 56 MB in the mailbox resources . However when I look at my mailbox properties it only shows 6mb total including journal etc etc. Has anyone ever used eseutil? Do you recomend it ? Is this one of those "atypical" situations Microsoft speaks of.

I use eseutil once every month or 2. It helps quite a bit to reduce the size of your priv.edb and pub.edb. I've never had any problems with running it. Make sure you follow the following article to run it.
