Is there any way to synchronize your personal calendar with your public calendar on the server? I can't seem to figure out how to do that with Outlook. Thanks in advance!!

Mary -
I make the assumption that you want to have the personal calendar (PST) matching the server-side calendar. You can't 'synchronize' them (as you would an offline folder), however you can import the contents from either the mailbox or the PST to the other. File --> Import and Export... --> Import from another program --> Personal Folder File (.pst). This will bring in the contents of the other calendar (or any other folder), with optional handling of duplicate items.
