OWA is SLOW

I'm trying to implement OWA on Win2k SBS. Things run fine on the LAN
side but are SLOW on the WAN side. It takes 50 - 60 seconds to load
and display the inbox. The server is SP2 while exchange is SP1.
Internet connection is DSL through ISA server. Everything is running
on the same box (HP Netserver PIII 866 w/768Mb RAM) as you might expect.
The default web page displays in a couple on seconds so I think the
problem is with the OWA portion.

Any input?

i have the same problem. i think it might be the ISA but have not found an answer yet.
