POP3 server

i have a user trying to get his mail thru POP3 the message delivery keeps runing and the amount of unread messages keep adding but he doesn't see any new messages in his mailbox.we checked thru outlook webaccess and also thru exchange he has a bunch of mail but he can't get it thru POP3 server, he is a frequent traveller he realy depend on POP server.
any help is appreciated.

Try telneting from the client PC to the Exchange server on port 110 and pulling down a message manually. Maybe get a network trace to see the communication process.

A quick workaround would be to use IMAP4 rather than POP3.
