An e-mail site that worked last week, has stopped working. All e-mails being sent to this domain are bouncing here. It says that the "Domain of the Sender Address... does not resolve." with the dots replaced with the sender's e-mail address. Can anyone tell me where to look for the solution?

In Exchange 2000 on the SMTP virtual server, do not use EXTERNAL DNS on the Delivery/Advanced tab. If this is Exchange 5.5, verify that you can resolve the domain using NSLOOKUP utility.

Marilyn,
There's a new product on the market called AppDancer/FA from AppDancer Networks. The latest revision, version 2.0, now monitors Microsoft Exchange Server user transactions in real time. The product also won Best of Interop at Networld+Interop 2002 Las Vegas. There's a case study on the website about email issues.

I'm not sure if its exactly your problem, but there is also a 14 day free trial available so you can test the product out yourself.
Hope this helps.
