I have noticed that since we installed a firewall and are running NAT and since I changed the registry on on Exchange server for a static port to pass through the firewall that new mail is delayed at times. In particular, I can see that mail arrives in the mail server, but when in Outlook, many times, the only way to tell that a new mail message has arrived is to click on another folder in Outlook and the new mail arrives into the inbox. Anyone else experience this? Also, how do I uninstall IMS and re-install it?

You didn't specify which firewall you are using, but it may be necessary for you to upgrade the memory in your firewall to handle the additional load.
