Recently, our Exchange users have begun complaining about errors they receive when moving messages from their Inbox on the server to their .psts stored on their PCs. They would select several messages per move and drag them down to their psts and would get the following error messages.
"Some items could not be moved. They were either moved or deleted, or access was denied." After repeating the move process, they would eventually be able to move them all, but its frustrating and tedious problem that just began surfacing for many users.
I searched several resources and the only explanation was found in Technet but did not offer much assistance. Basically it stated that the user selected too many items and recommended selecting fewer items and moving them in small groups. This was not recieved well by our users and also seems there would be another workaround from this error message.
Anyone encountered this problem, if so, any better recommendation than the lame response found in Technet? appreciate any input...THANKS!
