opportunity to evaluate a centralized storage and backup solution to manage data on distributed networks.

Storactive's product allows users to recover files, recover from total disk failures or correct windows configuration problems with the click of a button and without assistance from a System Administrator.

The requirements to participate in this evaluation are:

For Your Server:

· Windows NT 4, with Service Pack 4 Installed
· 128 MB RAM
· 5 GB Free Space (recommended)
· Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 installed or are willing to install Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 if we provide a version for use during the Beta test
· SCSI interface (recommended)

For your Client Machine:

· Pentium processor with Windows 95 (Versions A, B, OEMSR2 or OEMSR 2.1), Windows 98, or Windows NT workstation installed
