Installing virtual directories

Hi

Can any one tell me how to install virtual directories under IIS4.
Under IIS3 this task is easy. but i dont know how to do this under IIS4.

On that same topic of virtual directories:
I am unable to create any new virtual directories on one of my drives.
Every time I create a virtual directory on this one drive I get the red error message- with a note saying access is denied. I can create virtual directories
on other drives.

Technet has an article about this saying that a share with a UNC attsched to it is causing this errior. Has anyone seen and solved this?
