My ISP is telling me he is getting the above error message on accounts that are valid Exchange 5.5 (sp4)/Windows2000 accounts.
This, obviously, is for SMTP mail only. I'm sorry for asking such a rudimentary question, but I don't even know where to start troubleshooting this issue. Any pointers to documents would be greatly appreciated.
I've been told that since the Directory Service resolves addresses, that perhaps I've got something misconfigured there, but I've looked in Exchange Administrator and can't figure out what there is to configure.
I have searched TechNet twelve ways to Sunday and either I don't know how to search properly or I just can't find the information.
