For some strange reason our Terminal Services Server (Windows 2000 Server) is constantly adding new DHCP connections and holding them, we currently have the DHCP server set to 10 connections, i know this problem can be fixed by adding more conections but eventulay it will use them all up...

The icon for the connection looks like normal but with a phone on the side. like its some sort of remote conection...

our Terminal Services Server is setup with a Static IP Manualy and not Through DHCP and only has one NIC...

anyone have any clue as to what we can do to rectify this problem...

I am not really sure what you are talking about, but usually that phone beside the IP address means it is reserved for remote clients when they call in for a terminal session. The only time you should need more IP's is when you are using all ten reserved IP addresses and have an 11th or above connection request.
