I have a client who is converting his current client database to an outlook contacts solution. He needs to share this contacts file and a calendar with 2 remote users who will update both. My initial recommendation is to install SBS and use Exchange public folders to provide the needed solution. does anyone know of a way to accomplish this without using exchange server (my client's pocket is tight). Thanks.

Depending on how many clients are going to be using this feature you could use net folders. If there are over 20 people net folders is not a recommended solution, but does work. It will be slow depending on the server and the connection that is being used.
