I am trying to use sysprep and Drive Image Pro 4.0 to create an image. I am doing the imaging on a Dell 4400 P4, and trying to put it on a Dell 4100 P3. Every time I try to put the image on the P3 it freezes on startup. I am using Sysprep 1.1 and adding the Mass Storage Drives in Microsofts Examples. Can anyone Help Me????

Try flashing the latest BIOS version.
Also, in the BIOS, check the ACPI setting. It should be enabled.

Brandon,
One thing to keep in mind in to make sure the two different machines are using the same HAL.DLL. Different hals will cause problems, typically blue screens. Another possible gotcha is the chipset version.
How are you creating your images? Copy the P3 device drivers to the P4 machine, then remove ALL installed device drivers from the P4, via add/remove programs & device manager, and then create an image file with that. Then take that image (which has NO installed device drivers) and push it to the P3.
Sounds like the P3 is hanging up on one of the P4 device drivers.
