Hello, as the email admin, I have used the Exchange group extensively but this is my first venture into IIS 4.0 My test web page at http://ourwebsite.com is viewable, but when I add the www., http://www.ourwebsite.com, the browser is returned an error stating that the server is not available. This happens locally on the server as well as out on the web. Our ISP is totally unreachable, although I have tried by many means, so I am not sure if it is a DNS issue or an IIS issue.
Anyone have any good feedback? Thanks much.

Glen,
It sounds like you need a CNAME (alias) entry in your DNS that points WWW to your IIS server.
