I am redirecting mail for exchange mailboxes to other email accounts using the Custom Recipient option. I have the delivery option set to redirect all mail to an external email address. This works fine on the whole, but whenever an email with an attachment is sent, it arrives at the second address having been corrupted. Is this a problem anyone else has experienced?

A user has specified this to be an issue with various intenet mail accounts that she sends to. I am investigating this currently, unable to duplicate the problem with Yahoo or Geocities. She says that it happens when sending to @home and AOL.
Are you seeing this within your site, org, or external?

We are redirecting mail to our own unified messaging system - VIVAO, but we only see corrupt attachments when forwarding from exchange.
