Can anyone help!

I have an Exchange server which has two accounts defined at the Site level. The first shows as "Unknown Account" with Service Account Admin permissions. The second is the Administrator account and has been set to only Admin permissions. Basically this leaves me with no account with Service Account Admin permissions to the Site.

Both the accounts have Service Account Admin at the Org and Configuration levels.

Does anyone know of anyway of being able to get round this without having to reinstall the server.

I have no idea when this issue happened (apparently no-one did anything, it just happened... yeah right!) and the backups of the SAM do not contain the missing account information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
