I have a problem.

Scenario:

I have a mailbox configured as a meeting room resource. When people tried to book the resource as a meeting room and invited the account as a resource nothing happened. The resource had nothing in the diary and the meeting room was getting double booked because people were updating it directly. I since logged in to the account, checked the permissions (as per 192877) and then sent a meeting request to the account which worked. From that point on I was able to book meetings and the meeting room was being updated - it even told me when I tried to double book it.

I then phoned my colleagues and told them that they could do the same but try as they may they had the same problem even though I don't.

Does this mean that they all have to log in as the meeting room resource before they can successfully book meetings into the calendar? This is all good and well if there are about 10 people but over 50?
