I have been having difficulties with people who could send an email to a local user on the "to" line, but getting the "The originator does not have permission to submit message" if the same local user was put on the "cc" line. I went to microsoft.com and to this site. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I did find two articles q151784 and q197721 in the KB about this message which may benefit some of the people in this group who had a similar message. What was interesting to me was that I could not get any articles when I typed the phase "does not have permission to submit message" but could get several responses when I typed "The originator does not". I wonder why that is?
