Upgrade issues on SBS 4.0 exchange 5 to 5.5

Does anyone know of any issues upgrading from Exchange 5.0 on Small Business Server version 4.0 to Exchange 5.5?

I have a client that wants to do this and I am wondering if it can be done. If it can if there are any issues to watch out for.
