Has anyone had a problem with Index server duplicating hits? I built a catalog on the root of a web site which contains virtual directories. After a couple of days, a search will return duplicate links (one good, the other bad). The problem seems to occur over night, though I can't pinpoint exactly when. I can't find any articles in the MSKB regarding this specific problem.
