I have an Enterprise Edition NT server with svcpk 4 running SQL 7. The problem is that the server keeps crashing without writing anything to the event viewer. Thought that it might have been the remote perfmon in multi processor environment, but eliminated that as a possible cause. As far as NT is concerned it seems as though someone just 'unplugged' the box. This happens about 2x a day (this is in production!!!). It is also being logged into by the latest version of sms, but don't know if that is a problem. The box has (4)450 xenon procs, 2.3g of RAM, and an EMC connection to symetrics box.
Any ideas?
