We have an Exchange server which interoperates with a cc:Mail system. Mail messages are exchanged between Exchange and cc:Mail without any problems. However, entries added by users to the cc:Mail Bulletin Boards (BBS) are not propagated through to Exchange. The BBS lists were migrated to Exchange (as Public Folders) together with the entries at the time. Access to the Public Folders by Exchange users is not an issue.
Can anyone please advise me of what configuration settings are required in cc:Mail for updated entries to be propagated to the respective Exchange Public Folders.
1) The PFs have the same title as the BBS, i.e. #BBSName.
2) The cc:Mail proxy address in Exchange is #BBSName at ExchangeServer.
3) The Global Address Lists the home cc:Mail Post Office as the hub Post Office to which the connector is connected, the ~t-01HUB.
Will be most appreciative for further information.
