Hello,
After installing SP3 on exchange on Windows Nt 4.0 SP4, few of the messages are bouncing back with MTA Congestion error.
have anybody faced this kind of problems after SP3??
Satish.
Some general things to check according to TechNet when MTA Congestion error occours:
1. Verify that the Windows NT Servername matches the local MTA name.
2. Verify that the naming conventions used to communicate between the two
servers are functioning correctly.
3. If X400 connectors are being used, make sure all the manually entered
information is correct on both servers.
