When we enable packet filtering on an NT machine running Proxy 2.0 SP1, FTP slows to a crawl.
Without packet filtering it works fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on what static filters to
use or whether a different filtering technique should be used when FTP is a necessity? We haven't
tried filtering the NIC instead of using the Proxy settings...
