Hi,

I've just completed settng up a new Exchange 2000 infrastrutcure based on FrontEnd/BackEnd (FE/BE) topology. I'm having a problem in enabling users to change password via OWA. When user click on the Change Password button, all they get is a blank page. Also, there is a firewall in between the FE and BE server.

I have tried the resolution as proposed in KB article Q267596 only on the FE server, but unsuccessful. Is there something that I miss here? Do I need to do the same thing on the BE server as well?

Really appreciate any suggestion to resolve this issue.

tq.
