Moving Mailbox to a new domain

What is the easiest method to move a users mailbox to a new exchange server on a different domain? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The best way is to go into the users mailbox and export the entire contents of the mailbox to a .pst file, then either hide or delete the old mailbox. Depending on whether the mailbox will be in the same Organization just a different site -- replicate the changes to the site where the new mailbox will be. Build the new mailbox in the Administrator program, go into that mailbox and import the information into it. This has proved to be an effective way for my staff to manage the movement of mailboxes within our company. If you have any question drop me an email.
