Adding global group to workstation local admin group using gpo

Any idea on how to add a global group to the local admin group on all my win2k workstations using GPO or any other means? I need to give local admin rights to a specific group.
things to know about my domain:

- windows 2000 mixed mode
- clients windows 2000 pro


any help would be appreciated
