Any idea what could cause DHCP client to decline offered IPs. No static IPs on the network. Stopped / Flushed / Restarted service. Uninstalled DHCP server / re-installed / Re-applied SP6 on the NT4 box. Event ID 1012. No info on TechNet. Thanks for your help.
