Installing NT

I need to install Windows NT in a computer and I want to know which are the diffrerences between NTFS and FAT.
What is SAI?. and RAID?.
Also, I want to know which is the utility of a mirror drive.

Hi.

If it´s a PC you don´t need to worry about RAID [it is orimarily for Disaster / Recovery in the case of software corruption or hardware failure]. If it´s a server then RAID is important and your best bet is to review the documentation regarding this. Again Mirroring is another D/R solution.

In both cases you need more than 1 drive [or 2 in the case of RAID] to configure the system.
