Small office setting. Exchange 4.0 on the NT 4.0 server (old school) and all client machines have Outlook 2000 running on Win Pro 2000 or Win XP Pro. Despite the fact that no Permissions have been given nor have any Delegates been designated on any of the client machines, every user in the domain can open and modify every other user's Outlook folders, including Calendars, Inbox, et al. No private e-mail.....very problematic.

How do I stop this so that we can actually set permissions for different users? Thanks!

You are going to have to upgrade Exchange to at least 5.0 for this to work. I would suggest finding a copy of 5.5 though, since 5.0 is pretty buggy.
