Remote Access

Exchange 5.5 on NT 4 SP5

We are able to access the Exchange Server every which way from Sunday EXCEPT by a dial-up modem through a local isp using web access.

We have web access on our DSL and T1 with no issue. Its just a modem dial-up issue.

Any ideas ?
