need recommendation for a remote logging app

I need an app that will read Event Viewer messages (soon after they are written locally) from many W2K servers, write the events to a central logging server, provide some analysis reports and preferably send real-time alarms to cell phones. The particular worry is making sure 200 servers are backed up without errors each night. If anyone has solid experience of such an app, I'd like to hear from them.
