Auto Signatures

Our company needs to enforce a policy which adds a signature to all e-mails being sent outside of the exchange server. I'm sure you have seen something like "The information contained in this e-mail may be considered confidential....etc" on the bottom of someone's e-mail.

My goal is to have this signature attatched to all e-mails going through the Internet Mail Connector outside of the company. Adding it to everyone's personal client software only gets deleted by the user over time and is sent with all intra-company e-mail.

Has anyone done this? Can you point me in what direction I should look?

Go to www.exchangeadmin.com and do a full text search on 'IMS extension dll', and it will give you an article that tells you exactly how to do what you need to do.
