Incoming messages going into Deleted Items, but there's no rule!

Our bounced mail normally goes into the Inbox of our mail administrator
mailbox. All of a sudden, these are going into the Deleted Items folder of
the mailbox instead of the Inbox. I checked to see if someone had set up a
rule, but there are no rules. Any idea how I can fix this?

Check the delivery (tools | services | delivery) for incoming mail.
